To sign up for payroll deduction donations outside of open enrollment, contact the MI HR Service Center at 877-766-6447 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on state workdays.
Completed contribution forms can be emailed to MCSC-MIHR-Docs@mi.gov or faxed to 517-241-5892.
